What do you like to do for fun outside of CrossFit: backpacking, fishing, paddleboarding, reading, card games

What makes a good coach:  My education and professional experience give me a deep understanding of movement and the human body, allowing me to meet people exactly where they are in their fitness journey. Whether someone is healthy, recovering from injury, returning after time away, brand new, or simply seeking a sense of community, I strive to create a supportive and effective experience for each individual.  

Why did you become a CrossFit coach:  Growing up in sports showed me how powerful movement can be—it improves not only our physical health, but also our mood, relationships, and confidence. It also gives adults a chance to rediscover play in everyday life. I’m passionate about creating an inclusive gym environment and love working with athletes of all ages and abilities. Coaching allows me to share my passion for CrossFit, introduce others to fitness, and support everyone who walks through the door.

What is your favorite workout: Max olympic lifting for sure! But if I had to make it a workout I would add rowing and box jump.
