Connor Stineford

Where are you from:
I am from Missoula!

‍

What is your day job:
I currently work for a contractor based out of Stevi, and have been working for him building houses, landscaping, roofing, remodeling and demoing all kinds of different projects.

‍

What do you like to do for fun outside of CrossFit:
In the spring, summer and fall seasons, I enjoy mountain biking, fishing, hunting, long range shooting, hiking, camping and any other activity that involves being outside. In the winter, I ski, snowmobile, hike and I still mountain bike in the snow.

‍

What makes a good coach:
Traits I have noticed all good coaches share are strong communication skills, being able to seamlessly offer movement variations to accommodate for all skill levels, be personable and overall have a love for the sport and the community.

‍

Why did you become a CrossFit coach:
I was exposed to CrossFit a 13 years ago, and I appreciate the fact that I can apply the functional  movements it strengthens to my everyday life. It makes lifting heavy objects at work easy, physical military trainings smoother and long hunts more doable. I want to help others in their everyday lives through the use of CrossFit because it makes everyday tasks that much easier.

‍

What is your favorite workout:
Cindy is my favorite workout, for now!

‍

What are your certifications:
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 course.
